Information from WCBC re new school payment system

Dear Parents,

WCBC are introducing a new payment system from ParentPay. This will allow you to pay online through the ParentPay system or with cash at any Pay Point stores  (Find your local PayPoint store | PayPoint)    for school meals, breakfast clubs and payments made to the school.

You will receive an activation letter for your child via an email . Please follow the instructions to activate and confirm your child’s account.  Multiple children can be added to the one account once activation letters have been received using the individual activation codes.

This account will allow you to check your child/ren’s balances and pre order lunches for all pupils including those entitled to a free school meal, two weeks in advance and up to 8am on the day of attendance.

The new system will be in operation from Monday 22nd March 2021 and balances will be transferred before lunch on this day. You will not be able to make payments via the Civica payment system from 10am on Friday 19th March 2021
