After speaking to the park rangers and the coach company we have postponed tomorrow’s trip to Ty Mawr for nursery and reception classes. It will be rescheduled in the spring term.
Very reluctantly, due to safety issues and staff shortages, we will have to close the school tomorrow. The forecast shows slightly better temperatures over the day tomorrow so I am confident we will operate as normal on Tuesday. Apologies for the inconvenience this will cause.
The forecast is for the snow to stop later on this evening. Our caretaker has been at school this afternoon clearing paths and gritting. We will do everything we can to open tomorrow . We have opened door 8 today of our Advent calendar. Door 8 has been created by Ben and shows the sheep up on the hills.
We are currently open, however if parents want to come and collect their children then please come to the main entrance.
Here we are safely harnessed and helmeted, ready to go on the ropes course.
