Darland is really excited to be hosting a kids duathlon (run-bike-run) for the very first time this June. The Canute Kids Duathlon Wrexham on June 30th is aimed at Primary school and Year 7 pupils in the Wrexham area. There’ll also be a 1km fun run for younger children. Well done to our children who took part in the Welsh second language preliminary rounds this morning. They all gave very polished and confident performances and made their teachers and parents extremely proud! We look forward to seeing Aidan, Marco, Imogen and Ffion on the stage this afternoon.

Good Luck- Pob Lwc! Lots of our children are taking part in the Urdd Eisteddfod being held at Ysgol Bro Alun tomorrow. (Sat) They have worked extremely hard with Miss Manon Jones, learning their poems and perfecting their performance and we know they will represent our school really well!
Congratulations to our year 5 quiz team who did a fantastic job last night in an inter schools competition held at Abbeygate College, near Chester. The children’s behaviour was excellent and they worked really well together as a team. Your parents and teachers were very proud of your performance! Thank you for representing St Peter’s so well.
