Hope House Non Uniform Day Nov 21st

Final Moments Matter

We will be holding an extra special non uniform day on Monday November 21st. Please read on and see why we feel the Hope House ‘Final Moments Matter’ campaign is so important. Any donation you are able to make would be gratefully received.
Thank you St Peter’s parents, for your wonderful generosity…….

At Hope House Children’s Hospices we know that Final Moments Matter and that the last moments of a child’s life should be as precious as their first.

That is why our mission is to make sure that no one faces the death of a child alone, so that every family facing the death of a child gets the very best care and support when and where they need it.

We need your help

To give children and families Final Moments that Matter we need to raise £500,000 – the annual cost of providing the best end of life care for every child and family in this region who turns to us.

In this Moment we are asking our community to come together as one, to embrace local families whose hearts are breaking and make sure they are not isolated in their pain and grief.

We’ve got 36 hours

In the 36 hour period between Sunday 20th November and Monday 21st November, 2022, we need to raise £500,000 to meet the annual cost of providing the best end of life care for every child and family in this region who turns to us.

Thanks to the generosity of some key benefactors we are starting this campaign with a ‘matched giving pot’ of £250,000! This means every donation that we receive during the Final Moments Matter campaign will be doubled.

Every penny donated during our dress down day therefore will be doubled and support Hope House Children’s Hospices. On Saturday 21st November at 8pm on YouTube, they will be showing “the “Big Night In” and our school’s wonderful ‘Wrexham Rap’ will be featured within the show.
