KS2 Welsh National Opera trip

Dear Parents,

Key Stage Two pupils have the exciting opportunity to attend a complimentary concert of the Welsh National Opera at Venue Cymru, Llandudno on Tuesday 28th March.
We will leave school approximately 9.45am.  We will have our lunch on the promenade.  Therefore ALL pupils need to bring a packed lunch in a carrier bag with their name on it.  Please ensure all items within the packed lunch are disposable as we will not be able to take lunchboxes into Venue Cymru.
As this is a complimentary concert, the only charge will be for the coaches.  This will be at a cost of £9 per pupil.  All payments can be made online via Parent Pay.
The concert will begin at 12.30 and will finish around 2pm.  Please be aware it is highly likely we will NOT be back at school till approximately 3.30pm. Please ensure you do NOT park in the lay-by by school as the coaches will need these spaces.
All children must come to school wearing school uniform, sensible shoes and a warm coat. No money is needed whilst we are at Venue Cymru.
We hope you agree this is a wonderful opportunity for the children to develop their musical experiences and see a live orchestra in a wonderful venue.
Many Thanks,
Mrs Katie Jones
