Wraparound Care – Breakfast Club, ABC and Playscheme

Playscheme is available to all pupils in our school and it incorporates breakfast and after school child care facilities and holiday cover to help our working parents.

We know that working parents value being able to drop their children off at school early so our Breakfast Club is open from 7:45am – 8.50 am each morning with breakfast being served in the hall at 8.30. A member of the school’s teaching staff then directs all pupils to their classes at 8.50.

After-School Club – Playscheme – runs from the end of the school day until 5.30pm. Children start the session with a drink and snack, before taking part in a range of indoor and outdoor games and activities.

Holiday club runs from 8-5.30 during the school holidays. We open every week of the year with the exception of the week between Christmas and the New Year.

Our ABC club is for pupils in our Little Griffins Nursery class or pupils who access Funded Early Education sessions in the Spring or Summer terms. Sessions run every day, from 11.30, and pupils will be collected from the Little Griffins department, or from the Early Entitlement base room.

When combined, the services of Breakfast, ABC and after-school Playscheme Clubs, mean that we care able to provide wraparound care from 7:45am until 5.30pm for any pupils in our school who need to access this service.
