School Meals

Administration of Medicine
Should your child ever be prescribed medicine by a doctor that needs to be administered in the school day, we ask that you complete an administration of medicine form and give that to us, along with the medication. You can download the form below. Please note that school staff are NOT permitted to administer any medication that has not been prescribed by a doctor. You can also download an asthma card below if required.
Change of Details Form
Should you change address, or phone number, please let school know as quickly as possible – it is vitally important that we have the correct, up-to-date information for all of our pupils in case we need to contact you.
School Essentials Grant
Some families are eligible to access the School Essentials Grant which will provide additional funding to meet the costs of buying school uniform and other essential school supplies. Use the button below to access information about the grant and to check if you are eligible:
